Sunset Walk

Earlier this week, I took a walk at sunset through the park and took pictures every few minutes of the sky.  It seemed to change with every step I took.  I put the photos into this slide show. My walk was forty-five minutes long, but this quick montage is less than a minute of what I saw.  I hope you like it.

What a beautiful evening to walk. Do you miss all those "characters" at the Y?? My sister and I got the biggest kick out of your post, especially the "Pats!"
I know you are looking forward to flowers popping through the soil and the trees getting their leaves. Have an enjoyable Sunday.

Thanks, Mountain Mama. I'm glad you liked it. :)

Mildred, I have to be honest, I don't really miss the people at the Y, not even the "Pats." HA HA! :D

Betsy, now that it is finally warm enough to walk at sunset, yes, I enjoyed it very much! :-)

In a short time all those trees will be covered with green leaves. I enjoyed going along on your walk. Gotta love spring.

Betty, Kathleen, and Diana, thank you all for joining me. Wish you could all be here to walk with me for real! I hope you have a great week ahead.

Diana, I can't wait for the leaves to come back. Our grass is finally starting to get a little green again. The earliest flowers have started to appear here, daffodils and hyacinths and crocus. :-)

What are those cute evergreen trees that to me look like bottle brushes??

Love the sunset and enjoyed this since I don't get to see one to often living in a valley.
Hope your poor arm is feeling better today.

JL and Mountain Mama, thank you! I'll be by to visit your blogs soon. :D

Jannie, I don't know what they are. I'm not very good with identifying evergreen trees. They do look like bottle brushes, though. ha! :)

Jen, I'm glad you enjoyed the sunsets. It's so flat here, we see pretty sunsets often. That's probably why I take so many pictures of them. :-)

My arm is feeling fine now. It still looks quite colorful with shades of yellow and green and purple showing up today, but it doesn't hurt any more. Thanks, all for your concern and kind words.

What a great video! Once I stayed near Lake Superior for several weeks. I remember watching the sun drop into the lake every evening. God's handiwork is breathtaking!

Thank you, Karen. He does amazing work, doesn't he. :)

Daisy, the walk photos were lovely and it looks like the trees are slow in getting their spring foliage. It reminded me more of a fall sunset to be honest, but still enjoyable as is any walk outdoors. I am still going to our local "Y" and switched to early mornings now.

Beatrice, we are still waiting for the leaves to show here. It was cold for so long that it is taking a while for them to come out. We've been having rain this week, so maybe that will help the leaves to appear. I hope they do soon! :)

Thank you, Kathleen! Happy Easter to you too! :)
